Looking back in the past 20 years since its foundation, Dakang has successfully transformed from a single pig breeding and sales company into a comprehensive agriculture and food conglomerate with “Headquarter in Shanghai, footprints in overseas countries, and presence on global market”. On this basis, Dakang has put forward the development strategy of “Connecting China market with global resources”. Apart from the acquisitions in recent years, Dakang will continue to pursue more mergers and acquisitions in the future.

In the future, we will accelerate mergers and acquisitions to speed up wider control of high-quality green food resources, including cow resources in South East Asia. We will make full use of our experience to actively further enhance our overall management of overseas business with special focus on integration and post-deal management, and to capture and realize value- adds through merge of resources, technologies, management knowledge, culture and human resources. Our target is to become the exemplar and lighthouse showcase of a successful international Chinese company.
